Fatima Sana will continue to captain the side in the shortest format, with all matches scheduled for a 7:30pm local time start.
The announcement comes as Pakistan hold an unassailable 2-0 lead in the ongoing three-match ODI series against the same opponents while the third ODI in progress.
The most notable talking points in the T20I squad are the maiden international call-ups for right-arm pacer Amber Kainat and all-rounder Saira Jabeen.
