RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s non-oil exports reached a record SAR624 billion in 2025, up from SAR543 billion in 2024, marking a 15% annual increase.

Their share of total exports also climbed from 39% to 44%—the highest level on record—placing the Kingdom at the top among G20 nations in terms of export growth, according to the latest global data, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.

This achievement reflects a steady upward trend in recent years. Non-oil exports grew from SAR325 billion in 2021 to SAR468 billion in 2022, SAR477 billion in 2023, SAR543 billion in 2024, and ultimately SAR624 billion in 2025.

Over the same period, their contribution to total exports rose significantly from 30% to 44%, highlighting the rapid pace of economic diversification.

The re-export sector also recorded notable expansion, reaching SAR139 billion in 2025 compared to SAR91 billion in 2024—an impressive 53% year-on-year increase.

This marks the first time re-exports have surpassed the SAR100 billion threshold, continuing a strong growth trajectory from SAR46 billion in 2021.

This strong overall performance highlights the Saudi economy’s capacity to deliver balanced and sustainable growth, supported by ongoing infrastructure development, broader trade partnerships, and increased global competitiveness of its products and services.
