LOS ANGELES: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are putting the finishing touches on their highly anticipated wedding, set for June 13, with preparations reportedly in full swing.
The 36-year-old pop superstar and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, also 36, have been actively involved in planning the event, aiming for a blend of tradition, intimacy, and luxury.
Earlier reports suggested the wedding would take place solely at Swift’s Rhode Island estate, but insiders now say the ceremony and related private gatherings will be split between her mansion and the nearby luxury resort, Ocean House.
“The guest list grew, so the ceremony and private events will be held across both venues,” sources told Us Weekly.
“Taylor always has a plan B and C for every scenario. They feel confident hosting it there. The area will be very private and well-guarded.”
According to sources close to Swift, the guest list has been finalised at approximately 150 attendees, allowing for a traditional yet intimate celebration.
Physical wedding invitations have not yet been sent, but close friends and family are already aware of the venue and date.
The timing of the wedding was also reportedly aligned with Kelce’s NFL offseason schedule to allow the couple to enjoy an unhurried honeymoon.
Family involvement will include classic wedding traditions: Scott Swift, Taylor’s father, is expected to walk her down the aisle, and father-daughter and mother-son dances will feature in the celebrations.
“Taylor loves emotional, meaningful moments, and Travis is on the same page,” the source added.
Swift has already chosen her wedding dress, which is undergoing final tailoring, while her bachelorette party will reportedly take place at her Rhode Island home with close friends like Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid.
Despite family support from both sides, the couple themselves have been making most of the key decisions regarding the ceremony, reception, and overall logistics.
The Swift and Kelce families have largely kept details under wraps, maintaining the privacy of the high-profile wedding while ensuring the event balances glamour, tradition, and personal touches.
