Pakistan, Hong Kong Sign MoU on Education Cooperation

ISLAMABAD: Dr. Choi Yuk-lin, Director Hong Kong Education Bureau, on Monday said that the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) inked between Hong Kong and Pakistan on education cooperation provided a framework for helping strategic collaboration in the field of education between the two sides.

As part of efforts to consolidate educational cooperation between the two sides, the Federal Ministry of Education and Vocational Training of Pakistan and the Hong Kong SAR Government inked the MoU last week.

Extensive exchanges in the field of education

Dr. Choi Yuk-Iin, who supported Pakistan’s educational programs in Hong Kong, said that she was sure that the memorandums would enable Hong Kong and Pakistan to engage in more extensive educational exchanges and cooperation.

Under the MoU, reciprocal measures include the exchange of experience and expertise, teaching aids, demonstration materials, and academic documents, and the exchange of scholars, students, and other teaching staff.
