DUBAI: The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) on Thursday unveiled the full schedule for the Men’s U19 Asia Cup 2025, promising an exciting tournament in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from December 12 to 21.

The biggest highlight is the blockbuster clash between arch-rivals Pakistan and India, scheduled for December 14 at the ICC Academy in Dubai.

The tournament will feature eight teams, split into two groups of four. Group A includes Pakistan, India, and two qualifiers (Qualifier 1 and 3), while Group B consists of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Qualifier 2.

Each team will play three matches in the group stage, with the top two from each group advancing to the semi-finals on December 19. The grand finale will take place on December 21 at the ICC Academy.

On the opening day, India will face Qualifier 1 at the ICC Academy, while Pakistan takes on Qualifier 3 at The Seven’s. The group stage matches will see intense contests, culminating in the eagerly awaited India-Pakistan showdown in Group A.

Bangladesh enters the tournament as the defending champions, having successfully defended their title last year with a 19-run win over India. India, meanwhile, remains the most successful side in U19 Asia Cup history, holding seven titles.

The semi-finals will feature the top two teams from each group: Semi-Final 1 (A1 vs B2) at the ICC Academy and Semi-Final 2 (B1 vs A2) at The Seven’s, leading to the final showdown on December 21.
