ISLAMABAD: Senior White House officials believe that some European allies are quietly undermining efforts to end the Ukraine war, despite publicly backing President Donald Trump’s peace initiative, according to a report published by Axios.
The White House has asked the Treasury Department to compile a list of sanctions that could plausibly be imposed by Europe against Russia.
