JEDDAH: The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah on Wednesday launched the Nusuk Umrah service, enabling international Umrah pilgrims to directly apply for an Umrah visa and book travel services online without intermediaries, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The service available on https://umrah.nusuk.sa/, the platform aims to enhance service quality and enrich the pilgrim experience.
Nusuk Umrah is a new digital platform designed for international Umrah pilgrims, offering an alternative to traditional booking methods such as authorised travel agents.
The service enables users to personalise their pilgrimage by selecting from comprehensive packages or booking individual services, including visas, accommodation, transport, and guided tours.
With a user-friendly interface available in seven languages, the platform is integrated with government systems and provides multiple payment options, ensuring a smooth and efficient digital experience.
The launch of Nusuk Umrah aligns with the Ministry’s efforts to support the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to welcome more Muslim visitors and deliver high-quality, accessible services to enhance the Umrah and Hajj experience, the SPA said.
