Pakistan’s Rashid Naseem Sets New World Record as Fastest Boxing Puncher

Rashid is Pakistan’s most decorated record holder and one of the top achievers globally in punch-related categories

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s top world record holder, Rashid Naseem, has once again made history by becoming the world’s fastest boxing puncher.

He shattered the previous record held by England’s Josh Llewellyn-Jones in the “World’s Fastest Boxing Punch Expert” category.

Rashid delivered an astonishing 386 full-contact punches in just one minute, surpassing the former record of 374 punches.

The achievement was officially confirmed by Guinness World Records via email and is now listed on their website.

Rashid dedicated this landmark, which marks his 154th world record, to the people of Palestine.

Renowned for dominating punch-related categories, Rashid previously set a record by landing 32,686 punches within an hour.

He also holds records for over 24,000 punches in one hour while carrying 1kg weights.

Other unbeaten feats

  • 675 punches in one minute with 1kg weights
  • 1,896 punches in three minutes using bare hands
  • 1,778 punches in three minutes with 1kg weights

Rashid also set a unique record by throwing 207 full-extension punches with one hand while holding an egg and 163 punches with a 1kg weight in one hand.

Rashid Naseem’s collection of Guinness World Records makes him the most decorated individual in Pakistan and among the top globally.

He has broken over 40 records previously held by India, amassing a total of 126 individual world records to date.
