BEIRUT, Lebanon: The Saudi Embassy in Lebanon, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency, is closely monitoring developments in southern Lebanon. It reiterated its advisory for Saudi citizens to refrain from traveling to Lebanon and urged those already there to depart immediately.
In case of emergencies, citizens were advised to contact the embassy. This cautionary statement follows Iran’s warning that “Resistance Fronts,” including Iran and its allies, would retaliate against Israel in the event of an attack on Lebanon.
Tensions have escalated with ongoing exchanges of fire between Israel and Iran-backed Hezbollah amid the Gaza conflict.
