ISLAMABAD: The per tola price of 24 karat gold increased by Rs.450 and was sold at Rs.217,900 on Monday compared to its sale at Rs.217,450 rupees on last trading day.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs.386, settling at Rs. 186,814 compared to its previous rate of Rs. 185,428.
The price for 10 grams 22 karat gold rose to Rs. 171,246 from Rs.170,893, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
The rates for silver remained constant at Rs.2,650 per tola and Rs.2,271.94 for ten grams.
As reported by the Association, internationally, the price of gold experienced a modest uptick of $7, reaching $2,075 as opposed to the previous rate of $2,068. —APP
