ISLAMABAD: The gold prices in the country increased to settle at Rs151,800 per tola on Monday despite the Rupee’s upward trend against the US dollar.
The price of the precious metal of 24 karats per tola increased by Rs600 to reach Rs151,800 per tola, and the price of 10-gram surged by Rs514 to stand at Rs130,144.
In the international market, gold prices decreased by $5 to $1,676 per ounce.
Another precious metal, silver prices, remained unchanged in the national market as it sold at Rs1,610 per tola. APP
