MADRID: Belgian star footballer Yannick Carrasco who played for Atletico Madrid has joined Al-Shabab foot ball club of Saudi Arabia, western media reported on Tuesday.
The Saudi Pro League club welcoming the European footballer in statement on social media said ‘new lion in Alshabab’.
As per media reports Carrasco signed a three-year contract with Saudi club Al-Shabab for a fee of €15 million.

The 30-year-old has played over 250 matches for Atletico across two spells at the club, winning La Liga in 2021 and the Europa League in 2018.
He also scored goal in their 2016 Champions League final against rivals Real Madrid. Though Atletico Madrid lost the match.
