Zulfi Bukhari and Taha Siddiqui interview (The World with Yalda Hakim, 30 Sept 2026.)

Yalda Hakim, an Afghan-born presenter, has repeatedly framed Pakistan-related stories through a biased lens.

Why is Sky News relying on voices such as Taha Siddiqui, Zulfi Bukhari and Yalda Hakim, whose reporting and public commentary, without giving the government’s side equal space and opportunity?

If Sky News is covering Pakistan’s political crisis, why amplify only one-sided views while totally ignoring the Pakistan government’s position on the subject?

A report about Pakistan should not become a propaganda platform for a convicted criminal, ignoring the crimes he was found by independent courts of law to have committed.

Zulfi Bukhari was featured in this interview, who is involved in major corruption scandals like the Rawalpindi Ring Road corruption case, Al Qadir University and the 190 million pounds corruption case. Why was no question about his corruption asked of him?

NAB has also initiated several inquiries against Zulfi Bukhari for corruption.

Zulfi Bukhari also holds offshore properties and assets in London; it was mentioned in the Panama Papers as well, which was ignored by the Sky News anchor.

PTI no longer has the street power it once claimed. The party that once used to fill roads now struggles to gather even a few hundred supporters in major cities. This is why it is divided about any public rally which could expose its declining public support.

That is why every time the rally date approaches, PTI leadership finds some excuse to delay, postpone, or quietly abandon the plan.

A party that cannot motivate and mobilise its followers for peaceful protest has already lost the political muscle it keeps flexing only on social media.

Running away from the long march while still issuing fiery statements only exposes the gap between PTI’s online noise and its declining public support on the ground.
