A fire ripped through a Hong Kong residential complex on November 26, killing at least 151 people, in what was the city’s worst fire in decades. Hong Kong has seen a massive outpouring of grief as well as calls for accountability, but local media reported the arrests of several people who were calling for answers, including Miles Kwan, a 24-year-old student who handed out flyers demanding government accountability.
