ISLAMABAD/KARTARPUR: A delegation of the US embassy in Islamabad on Thursday visited the Kartarpur Corridor in the Narowal district of Pakistan’s Punjab province.
US Embassy’s Political Officer Kevin Chen and Deputy Public Affairs Officer Carl Rogers also accompanied the delegation visiting the corridor bordering India.

The Kartarpur administration welcomed the US delegation and briefed them about the Kartarpur Corridor.
The guests were served food at Kartarpur Langar Hall and given gifts of Kirpan and Sarupa by the management.
The US delegation also clicked memorable images at Baba Guru Nanak’s tomb at the Kartarpur Corridor.
Kevin Chan said that minorities enjoy complete freedom and protection in Pakistan, and Kartarpur Corridor was testimony to the fact.
