COLOGNE, Allemagne: German bomb squad technicians are preparing to defuse three unexploded World War II bombs found in Cologne, which has sparked the evacuation of around 20,000 people and the closure of roads and train lines. The three American explosives, two weighing 1,000 kilograms (2,204 pounds) and one 500 kg, were found during building work Monday in the Deutz area on the east bank of the River Rhine.
