RIYADH: The third Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) relief flight carrying aid and relief supplies to Port Sudan took off from the Kingdom on Wednesday. It was loaded with ten tons of shelter, food, and medical supplies, Arab media reported.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the relief is part of the Saudi humanitarian effort to assist civilians hit by the current conflict between rival military generals in the African country. It was arranged by the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid as per the directives from King Salman and the Crown Prince.
Earlier, the 1st and 2nd Saudi flights carrying aid and relief for the people of Sudan arrived in the war-hit country on Tuesday.
