ISLAMABAD: The Holy Quran Affairs Department has designated a site at the Grand Holy Mosque’s eastern yard to distribute and gift copies of the Holy Quran. Thus, the number of accredited sites has been increased to three.

Department supplies copies of Holy Quran to be distributed as gifts
Head of the Holy Quran Affairs Department Hamzah Al Salimi said that daily as many as 2,500 Holy Quran copies are distributed as gifts inside the Grand Holy Mosque
For this purpose, the department supplies 750 cartons for distribution every single day. Every month a total of 75,000 copies of the Holy Quran are provided.
Additionally, 30 copies of the Holy Quran in Braille language are gifted to the blind.
