UNITED STATES: Former Pakistan cricket captain Shahid Afridi and Bollywood star Suniel Shetty have met by chance at an airport in the United States (US) and exchanged pleasantries, local media reported on Friday.

The video of the meeting went viral on social media in no time. Both celebrities can be seen in a very pleasant mood during the by-chance meeting.
Social media users praised the gesture shown by both personalities.
Afridi, in the informal meeting, also introduced his two daughters to Shetty. The Bollywood star expressed great affection for Afridi’s daughters.
Shahid Afridi known as ‘Boom Boom’ due to his aggressive batting style has a huge fan following all over the world, including India.
He recently spoke against India’s Board for Control of Cricket for not sending their cricket team to Pakistan for Asia Cup 2023.
Afridi retired from all forms of cricket on February 13, 2022.
In March 2014, Shahid Afridi set up the Shahid Afridi Foundation which aims to provide healthcare and education facilities in Pakistan. He has been working with UNICEF and Pakistani authorities for the anti-polio campaign in Pakistan’s northwestern region.
