TIRANA: Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call, and Guidance has successfully concluded the “Jusoor” Exhibition in Tirana, Albania, that had attracted more than 70,000 visitors, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Tuesday.
The exhibition ran for 13 days at Skanderbeg Square in the city. During the event 10,000 copies of the Holy Quran, along with translations in the Albanian and Macedonian languages were distributed among the visitors.
The visitors were given with information about Saudi Arabia’s initiatives in serving the Two Holy Mosques, as well as its efforts to facilitate Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.

According to the SPA the visitors learnt about Saudi Arabia’s commitment to towards Islam and Muslims. People at the event had an opportunity to know how Saudi Arabia cares for the Mus’haf through the King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex.
The exhibition emphasized the King Abdulaziz International Holy Quran Competition for Memorization, Recital and Explanation. Visitors were also informed about the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ program to distribute date gifts worldwide.

Furthermore, the ministry’s notable mobile apps, such as the Correct Quotation and Rushd apps were also shown at the event.
Visitors explored different informative corners, including displays of old manuscripts, Saudi coffee, Arabic calligraphy, and Saudi traditional clothing.
Saudi Ambassador to Albania Faisal bin Ghazi Hifzi inaugurated the “Jusoor” exhibition which was also attended by Albanian officials.
