RIYADH: Saudi The Chief of General Staff, Lieutenant-General Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili, and the Chief of the General Staff of the National Defense of Greece, Lieutenant General Dimitrios Choupis have met to discuss defense and military cooperation between their countries, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.
The meeting was held at the headquarters of the General Staff in Riyadh. The talks focused on cooperation, particularly in defense and military areas, and explored opportunities for further development.
Additionally, they exchanged views on regional and global topics of common interest.
Al-Ruwaili hosted an official reception ceremony for Choupis, highlighting the significance of the visit.
Commanders and officers from both the Saudi and Greek armed forces attended the discussions and reception.
