GAZA CITY: A new humanitarian aid convoy provided by Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) arrived in the Gaza Strip carrying large quantities of food baskets as part of the Saudi public campaign to provide relief to the Palestinian people.
The aid was received by the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, KSrelief’s implementing partner in the Gaza Strip, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The centre’s field teams are overseeing the reception and direction of these convoys in preparation for the immediate completion of distribution operations to beneficiary families, according to SPA.
These operations are carried out according to an organised mechanism covering all governorates, with a greater focus on groups living under extremely complex conditions, families that have lost their primary provider, or those headed by women.
This comes as an extension of Saudi Arabia’s steadfast positions, through KSrelief, in supporting the Palestinian people during various crises and hardships, embodying its noble values and humanitarian mission.
