ISLAMABAD: As part of the Riyadh Season 22, Saudi Arabia is set to honor legendary composer and musician Talal Maddah. On the night of the event, a large number of artists from across the Middle East will gather to pay tribute to the musical great.
Regarding the copyrights of Maddah’s work, the board of directors chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority Turki Al Sheikh is to meet the great composer’s sons.

Talal Maddah was known as the golden throat
Maddah composed more than 1,000 songs and is known across the region and beyond as the golden throat.
Shortly after his 60th birthday, during a live TV show, Maddah suffered a heart attack and subsequently passed away.
