RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s 32nd aircraft loaded with aid for Palestinians in Gaza is on its way to Al-Arish International Airport in Egypt.
Operated by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), the relief plane took off on Monday from Riyadh and is transporting crucial support for those affected by the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip. The aircraft is carrying 16 tons of medical supplies, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
Earlier on Thursday, another batch of the convoys provided by KSrelief entered Gaza through the Rafah border crossing to deliver aid to Palestinians. The trucks were carrying food, shelter, and medical supplies to be delivered to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
This aid comes as a part of the fundraising assistance campaign provided to the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip under Saudi Arabia’s historic role in standing with the brotherly Palestinian people in times of crisis.
