RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance continues to provide round-the-clock religious counseling to pilgrims for the Hajj season 2026 through unified electronic, telephone, and field channels.

Operating from Dhu Al-Qi’dah 20 to Dhu Al-Hijjah 20, the ministry’s automated toll-free hotline (8002451000) features a dedicated team of 200 scholars and 120 translators offering guidance on rituals and worship in 14 languages, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

To enhance communication and interaction, an interactive video call service has been deployed via iPads in more than 40 languages, stationed throughout Makkah and Madinah, as well as all air, land, and sea ports of entry.

This digital setup allows global travelers to consult directly with scholars and receive immediate, accessible clarifications on various legal and ritual matters.

Supplementing these digital platforms, a total of 1,822 scholars have been mobilized across local mosques, entry points, and primary pilgrimage routes.

The scholars deliver daily lectures, continuous counseling, and interactive lessons alongside the remote systems, ensuring that the pilgrims receive comprehensive guidance in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah throughout their journey.
