GAZA CITY, Palestine: Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed 1,210 food baskets to the most vulnerable groups in the Khan Younis area of the Gaza Strip, benefiting 7,260 individuals, as part of the Saudi popular campaign to aid the Palestinian people in the strip.
This assistance is part of the relief and humanitarian efforts provided by Saudi Arabia through KSrelief to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Saturday.
As the KSrelief aid convoy arrived in the Gaza Strip yesterday, the assistance was received by the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, the implementing partner of KSrelief in the Gaza Strip, to help enhance food security and alleviate the severity of the humanitarian crisis.
Meanwhile, the central kitchen affiliated with KSrelief continued distributing hot meals in the Gaza Strip, providing 25,000 meals to the most vulnerable groups in central and southern Gaza, benefiting an equal number of individuals.
This assistance is part of the humanitarian and relief efforts provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief to support the Palestinian people during various crises and hardships.
