ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday met Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and discussed matters of mutual interests.
The UAE ruler welcomed the Prime Minister to Dubai and expressed best wishes for the development and prosperity of Pakistan under his leadership.
The premier thanked his host for warmly welcoming him and his delegation. He highlighted the importance of bilateral relations and said that Pakistan viewed UAE as a trusted political and economic friend.
Shehbaz Sharif stresses exploring further avenues
Shehbaz Sharif emphasized the need of exploring further avenues to further cement bilateral ties in all fields.
Both leaders discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations at all levels to benefit both nations.
They stressed the importance of strengthening and intensifying communication between the private sector on both sides in order to discuss business and investment opportunities.
Shiekh Muhammad appreciated the hard work of Pakistani diaspora in his country which significantly contributed to the development of UAE.
