ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Türkiye renewed their commitment to strengthening their longstanding strategic partnership following high-level talks between Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar and his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, in Islamabad on Sunday.
Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is visiting Pakistan along with his counterparts from Saudi Arabia and Egypt for high-level consultations on the rapidly evolving regional situation, especially the ongoing US-Israeli war involving Iran, and efforts to promote de-escalation.
The meeting took place at the Foreign Office during a significant diplomatic visit by Foreign Minister Fidan, who is in Pakistan alongside the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
