Pakistan Stresses Cooperative Framework with Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, Egypt to Promote Peace

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has called for devising a cooperative framework with Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, and Egypt to promote peace, prosperity, and economic development.

He expressed these views during a meeting with Prince Dr. Abdullah bin Khalid bin Saud Al-Kabeer AlSaud, Director General of the MFA of Saudi Arabia, Musa Kulaklikaya, Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkiye, and Nazih El Naggari, Assistant Foreign Minister of Egypt, who called on him in Islamabad, a Foreign Office statement said.

During the meeting, Ishaq Dar appreciated the close, brotherly relations and convergence of views on important regional and global matters among the four brotherly countries.

“He called for devising a cooperative framework among the four countries, focusing on the shared goals of peace, prosperity, and economic development,” the statement.

Senior diplomats from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Egypt are in Islamabad for the inaugural Senior Officials’ Meeting of the four countries, being held today.
