ISLAMABAD: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has issued notice to citizens about the new rules for obtaining and renewing their national identity cards (NICs).
NADRA said in a statement that the applicants must bring a mobile phone with a cell number registered with their names.
As per new rules, the applicants will receive a code on their cell number before getting a token to start the due process for obtaining and renewing the card.
