ISLAMABAD/UNITED NATIONS: Masood Khan, Pakistan’s ambassador to the United States, has conveyed his profound sorrow and grief at the passing of Dr Inayat Hussain Kathio, a devoted community leader who served as Pakistan’s honorary consul in Philadelphia and died at the age of 69 due to heart problems.

The Pakistani envoy posted on Twitter, “We grieve the demise of a brilliant community leader – Dr Inayat Kathio.” “We will mourn him as a former Honorary Consul of Pakistan, mentor to countless people, a supporter of Pakistani American initiatives, and a loving family guy. I’m sending his friends and family my warmest condolences.” Dr Kathio was a well-known veterinarian born in Naseerabad, Sindh, on September 8, 1953.
