RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has conducted a series of successful operations across Pakistan, seizing a total of 74 kg of various drugs and arresting 10 individuals involved in drug trafficking.
According to a spokesperson from ANF Headquarters, these operations spanned multiple locations, highlighting the force’s ongoing efforts to combat drug-related crimes.
In one notable operation at Islamabad Airport, ANF recovered 3 kg of ice from a passenger bound for Jeddah. In Attock, 24 kg of hashish was seized from an individual arrested near the Iqbal Shaheed Toll Plaza. Karachi saw multiple seizures, including 12 kg of hashish from a suspect in Jannat Gul Town and 4.8 kg of hashish from an intercepted vehicle on River Road.

Additional recoveries include 6 kg of opium and 2 kg of hashish from a woman detained at M-1 Islamabad, and 4.8 kg of hashish from suspects near Sangjani Toll Plaza in Islamabad. In Peshawar, 3 kg of ice was seized from an accused near Pushtakhara Chowk, while 2 kg of hashish and 450 grams of ice were recovered near Link Road.
The ANF has filed cases under the Anti-Narcotics Act against the arrested individuals and continues its investigations to dismantle drug trafficking networks.
