KYIV:  Mykhailo Podolyak, the Ukrainian presidential Adviser has said that Kyiv had nothing to do with the attack at a Moscow concert hall by gunmen on Friday.

In a video message shared on Telegram, he asserted, “Let’s be clear: Ukraine played no part in these events.” “We are fighting a full-scale war against the Russian Federation and the Russian regular army. Ultimately, the outcome will be determined on the battlefield,” Podolyak emphasized.

Meanwhile, Russia’s service on Saturday stated that the perpetrators of a deadly assault on a Moscow concert hall had “links” in Ukraine and were attempting to flee there.

The state-run TASS news agency quoted the FSB as saying that after conducting the terrorist assault, the attackers intended to cross the Russian-Ukrainian border, and had appropriate links on the Ukrainian side. The official made that claim after it announced eleven arrests over the attack.
