KSRelief Continues Aid Efforts in Yemen, Afghanistan

ISLAMABAD/DUBAI: Saudi King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) has distributed 12,198 tons of food parcels to needy families in Yemen. 

State agency SPA reported that food aid benefited 798 individuals in the war-torn Yemen city of Marib.

According to the Arab News, KSRelief launched the aid project to distribute food supplies worth 3 million dollars to flood-hit communities and underprivileged families in Afghanistan from 2022 to 2023. 

The cooperation with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the relief center has distributed 550 food parcels among 550 families at the Afghan Red Crescent Society in Kabul since the project’s launch.
