RIYADH: The Saudi Society of Optometry (SSO) has won the bid to host the World Council of Optometry (WCO) 2026 following the International Commission for Optics (ICO) voted, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) selection to host this event comes as a new achievement and an affirmation of its progress in all sectors, the SPA reported. The WCO is the largest optics level across the world.
