ISLAMABAD: Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Federal Minister for Defense, Wednesday proposed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement to cement defense relations with Saudi Arabia.
The minister received Saudi Assistant Defence Minister Engineer Talat Abdullah Alotaibi along with his delegation here in Islamabad. Both discussed matters of mutual interest and prospects for bilateral cooperation.
On the occasion, he said that building on a solid legacy, both countries are progressing towards comprehensive defense ties for the 21st century.

Khwaja Asif expressed best wishes and prayed for the good health of Saudi King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz.
The Saudi minister said that the Kingdom wanted to enhance defense-related collaboration with Pakistan, especially in the field of defense production.
