The exhibition will provide a platform for showcasing products, technologies and initiatives, finalising contracts, building partnerships and discussing operational requirements for the upcoming Hajj season.
It will also bring together government entities, Hajj affairs offices, companies and service providers to explore opportunities for cooperation and business development, while identifying solutions to improve services for pilgrims.
The conference and exhibition will cover several key sectors, including transport and logistics, infrastructure, facilities management, accommodation, hospitality, catering, security, safety and healthcare.
Other areas will include media and communications, technology and innovation, entrepreneurship, training and initiatives aimed at enriching the pilgrim experience.
The event will also facilitate coordination among participating organisations to integrate services and address operational needs across the pilgrim journey, from arrival and transport to accommodation and catering.
