ISLAMABAD: Indian troops arrested at least one Kashmiri youth in Poonch district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, local and western media reported on Wednesday.
According to media reports, the youth named Abdul Khalil was apprehended by Indian troops during a cordon and search operation in Surankote region of the district.
According to human rights Groups and western media, Indian forces are committing human rights violations in the Occupied Kashmir. They said that around 887 innocent Kashmiris have been killed by Indian forces since 5 August, 2019. According to the media reports, more than 24,688 people have been arrested by Indian troops since August, 2019 in Occupied Kashmir.
