CHICAGO, USA: Four people were shot and killed on a train in Chicago early Monday, prompting a swift response from police who later apprehended a suspect.
The incident occurred at the Forest Park train station, where police found three victims dead at the scene. The fourth victim was transported to Loyola University Medical Center but was later pronounced dead.
Chicago police quickly put out a description of the suspect based on surveillance footage, leading to an arrest and the recovery of a firearm. Authorities believe the shooting was an isolated incident with no ongoing threat to the community.
