PESHAWAR: Former president of the Supreme Court Bar Association Latif Afridi was killed in a gunfire attack at the Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Monday.
The senior lawyer was shot six times and was moved to Lady Reading Hospital but he was pronounced dead on arrival at the medical centre.
Police said they detained the assailant who fired at Afridi, adding that he has been identified as Adnan.
