NEW DELHI: In a spectacular fusion of cricket and music, Indian music icons are all set to captivate the audience at the opening ceremony of the ICC World Cup 2023 on October 4, a day before the much-anticipated tournament commences.
Legendary artists including Asha Bhosle, Shreya Ghoshal, and Arjit Singh are slated to enchant cricket enthusiasts at the inauguration event, where the charismatic Indian actor Ranveer Singh will also deliver a performance.
The grand opening ceremony is scheduled to take place at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad and promises a mesmerizing display of fireworks.
