ISLAMABAD: Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan, Jiang Zaidong, has reaffirmed the enduring strength of the Pakistan–China partnership, describing it as a time-tested relationship rooted in mutual trust and strategic cooperation.
He expressed the remarks during a meeting with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar on Tuesday, a Foreign Office statement said.
The Ambassador congratulated Ishaq Dar on Pakistan’s decisive success on the anniversary of last year’s war against India, also known as Marka-e-Haq.

He reaffirmed the enduring strength of the All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership between Pakistan and China.
Ishaq Dar reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to further advancing the iron-clad All-Weather Strategic Partnership with China across all sectors.
Pakistan and China share a longstanding partnership built on mutual trust, respect, and consistent diplomatic support. The relationship spans economic, defence, and political cooperation, with both countries closely coordinating on regional and global issues.
A cornerstone of these ties is the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), which has significantly boosted infrastructure development, energy capacity, and connectivity in Pakistan.
Over the decades, Islamabad and Beijing have maintained strong cooperation in defence and trade, while also supporting each other on key international platforms, reinforcing a partnership seen as vital for regional stability and economic growth.
