Bilawal Bhutto Promises Three Million Houses for Pakistanis if Elected to Power

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated on Wednesday that his party will empower women and construct three million houses for the poor and deserving citizens of Pakistan if it secures votes in the upcoming elections.

Speaking at a workers’ convention in Peshawar, Bilawal emphasized that women’s empowerment stands as the paramount focus of his party. He pledged to enhance assistance under the Benazir Income Support Program and provide interest-free loans to underprivileged women. Moreover, Bilawal underscored his party’s commitment to ensuring equal opportunities for men and women in education, employment, and other services.

Bilawal Bhutto Says Houses will be Provided on Ownership Basis

As part of the party’s policy, houses would be provided on an ownership basis to facilitate marginalized communities. Bilawal highlighted the achievements of Benazir Bhutto, including the establishment of the first women’s bank, the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), and lady health worker programs designed to benefit poor women in Pakistan.

Bilawal Bhutto outlined future plans, including increased funds and free healthcare services for mothers during pregnancy and lactation to combat stunted growth in children. He expressed a commitment to burying the politics of division and victimization, steering the country towards progress and development.

Addressing party workers, Bilawal urged them to inform the public about the party’s manifesto and unite in preparation for the upcoming elections.
