KABUL: Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister, Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, will attend the Moscow format meeting on Afghanistan, scheduled to begin on September 29, 2023, in the city of Kazan, Russia, according to an announcement by the Afghanistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Hafiz Zia Ahmad Takal, Deputy Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, confirmed the invitation extended to Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi to attend the forthcoming meeting in Kazan.
Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry, recently shared insights into the agenda of the Moscow format meeting, stating that discussions during the event will revolve around security matters in the region.
