KABUL: A free medical camp was successfully organized at Noor Eye Hospital, Kabul, under the auspices of the Pakistan-Afghan Cooperation Forum (PACF) in collaboration with Al Khidmat Foundation Pakistan.
It was a commendable joint effort by the PACF and the Al-Khidmat Foundation. A week-long free eye camp was held from June 7 to June 14, 2023. OPD services and multiple surgeries were performed at the camp.
These surgeries included cornea transplant, tectonic graft, oculoplastic, vitreoretinal surgeries and much more. A total of 253 surgeries were performed while 4500 patients were examined in the OPD. The Afghan government and the people have appreciated the PACF and Al-Khidmat Foundation for the initiative.
