ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has resumed direct flight operations between Pakistan and China, reconnecting Islamabad and Beijing after the first flight operated on October 30.
The resumption restores direct air connectivity between the two countries and is expected to facilitate travel for passengers while strengthening aviation links between Pakistan and China.
Under the renewed schedule, PIA will operate one weekly flight between Islamabad and Beijing every Friday, offering passengers a direct travel option between the two capitals. The airline also aims to provide competitive fares and maintain regular and reliable services.
As part of its efforts to expand its connectivity across China, PIA has strengthened cooperation with three leading Chinese airlines – Air China, Shenzhen Airlines and Hainan Airlines.
