YEMEN: Yemeni government forces have carried out 753 strikes against Houthi targets over the past 24 hours under their ongoing “Dawn of Yemen” campaign, claiming to have neutralised 218 fighters and field commanders, a military spokesman said on Sunday.
Col Majed Al-Nuzaili, the spokesman, said the strikes targeted advanced field command, control and governing centres, fortifications, firing positions, troop concentrations and reinforcements.

In a statement posted on X, Al-Nuzaili said the attacks had disrupted the Houthis’ movements, supply capabilities and force deployments, while supporting Yemeni government forces in raids, assaults and tactical manoeuvres.

Al-Nuzaili said the offensive was continuing with what he described as high combat resolve, with forces seeking to undermine the group’s ability to mobilise and reorganise.
He added that the military was taking precautions to limit strikes to legitimate military targets and protect civilians and civilian infrastructure.
