RIYADH: Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah and Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi discussed regional developments and efforts to contain conflicts during a phone call.

During the phone call, the two foreign ministers discussed recent developments in the region and efforts to contain conflicts and mitigate their negative repercussions at the regional and international levels, according to SPA.
They also discussed the importance of continuing coordination and consultations on current challenges.
The Saudi and Jordanian foreign ministers reaffirmed the two countries’ solidarity in confronting any threats to their security and stability, while contributing to regional security and safeguarding the interests of their peoples.
