The spokesperson said that the Russia has a clear path for returning to complete compliance. It added that there is nothing preventing Russian inspectors from visiting to the US and conducting inspections.
Russia announced in August that it was going to suspend US inspections of its military sites under New START Treaty. It added it was responding to the US obstruction of inspections by Moscow, a charge denied by the US.
