TOKAI: Pakistan’s kabaddi team continued their impressive run at the Asian Games by defeating Nepal 58-43 in their second Group B match, securing back-to-back victories in the competition.

The national side maintained control throughout the contest, building on their strong start and adding another important win to their campaign. The victory keeps Pakistan unbeaten after two matches and strengthens their position in the group standings.
Unbeaten start for Pakistan
Pakistan opened their Asian Games campaign with a commanding 65-22 victory over Malaysia, setting the tone for their medal push.

The team has now recorded wins in both of its opening matches, showing strong attacking play and disciplined defence as they compete for a place in the semi-finals.
Road to semi-finals
Pakistan are placed in Group B alongside Iran, Nepal, Thailand and Malaysia. Under the tournament format, the top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals.
The kabaddi competition is being held in Aichi Prefecture as part of the 20th Asian Games, which began in Japan on September 19.
With two victories secured, Pakistan will look to maintain their momentum in the remaining group-stage matches as they target a strong finish in the tournament.
